Travelog offers telephone support and online support customised to meet your needs. Please choose from one of the following options.....

 

New Zealand Support

Our helpdesk support operates from our Sydney Office, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM AEST. This service is exclusively available to annual support subscribers.

New Zealand customers can reach us toll-free at 0800 225 578. For remote assistance, we use TeamViewer to access your computer as needed.

For non-urgent requests, please email us at info@travelog.com.au.

(Before contacting us, please confirm with your manager whether you are on an annual support agreement.)


 

Australian Support

Australian customers can contact our helpdesk at +61 2 9211 7555 Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM AEST. Our team uses both LogMeIn Rescue and TeamViewer for remote computer access to provide assistance.

Travelog Training

Travelog Australia also offers Front and Back Office training upon request. Training is catered to the preferences of each agency and personalised to the running of your business. Front Office/Consultant training can be prearranged for Mon or Wed with sufficient notice and Back Office/Accounting can be prearranged for any day during the week, with sufficient notice.
