Travelog offers telephone support and online support customised to meet your needs. Please choose from one of the following options.....

 

New Zealand Support

Help-desk support is run out of our New Zealand office (IMACS Ltd) via toll free numbers from 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. AEST, Mon, Tues & Fri. This service can only be used by annual support subscribers. Australian Customers please call our Toll Free Number 1800 001 289 and New Zealand customers please call +64 9 415 8134 or Toll Free 0800 225578 (outside Auckland). Our NZ help-desk uses TeamViewer for remote access to your computer to assist where necessary. For non-urgent requests please e-mail: martin@imacs.co.nz

Australian Support

Help-desk support is diverted to our Australian office from 3.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. AEST, Mon, Tues & Fri and 8:40 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. AEST, Wed & Thurs. This service can only be used by annual support subscribers. Australian Customers please call + 61 2 9211 7555 or Toll Free 1800 001 289 and New Zealand customers please call +64 9 415 8134 or Toll Free 0800 225578 (outside Auckland) and your calls will be diverted to Australia. Our Australian help-desk uses LogMeIn Rescue for remote access to your computer to assist where necessary. For non-urgent requests please e-mail: info@travelog.com.au


 

 

Travelog Training

Travelog Australia also offers Front and Back Office training upon request. Training is catered to the preferences of each agency and personalised to the running of your business. Front Office/Consultant training can be prearranged for Tues or Wed with sufficient notice and Back Office/Accounting can be prearranged for any day during the week, with sufficient notice.
