Client enquiry – transaction drilldown

This shows the accounting transactions that have been done on the trip. If the lines are yellow then t he entries have been updated. If lines are green then the entries are still to be updated.

Type of View

1. Full View as per below
2. Split View shows Debits on the left and Credits on the right.

To view more detail on entries click in the small white box which will then show details on each trip line
To look at the detail for one entry then double click the line.
To view the commission on any trip number, click in the small white box.
The Remark entry screen is for recording any accounting information.
